The middle of the week sometimes makes me feel I haven't done enough and I have way too much left to do. Eight hours of my day need scheduling around what time I care for my physical or mental health, external responsibilities and creative work.
Anxiety comes when my day is rushed.
Mindfulness teaches to remain in the present with our thoughts and actions. Watch what you say. Watch what you do. Watch how you think.
In the process of being mindful, I find myself starting my day today by watching how I am thinking of the list of things to do. Thinking, I did enough yesterday and will do enough today.
